About This Game

„IS Defense” is a game set in politically-fictional 2020 – where the expansion of ISIS went out of hand. They took over all of Northern Africa, spreading their genocidal understanding of the world’s order. Strongly armed, vast in numbers and prepared for everything, the Islamic State is launching the invasion upon Europe, over the entire Mediterranean Sea.

The player takes the role of NATO’s stationary machine-gun operator, deployed to defend the shores of Europe. His task is to blast as many of the invaders as possible, until his glorious death. To do so, he has NATO support forces, his Machinegun and Rocket Launcher at his disposal. During the progress of this heroic defense, he gets the opportunities to upgrade his gear, his body and army rank – which affects the efficiency of the called support.

This game is our small side-project and is our personal veto against what is happening in the Middle East nowadays. As well as an attempt at resurrecting a pretty dead genre of games like „Operation Wolf” or „Beach Head” – in a state of the art, modern adaptation. b4d347fde0

  functional shooter, contextually disturbing. avoid. If you ever played Onslaught, this is it with some new mechanics added, there are skill trees to upgrade your turret and abilities as well as the kill streak rewards. The game features 4 different levels where first one is the easiest and the last one is the hardest. If you get upgrades going you should not have problems completing objectives until you reach the last level, which is just straight up unfair. It introduces new enemy, kamikaze truck, which will hurt you even if you "destroy" them, making the skill\/upgrades pointless since it all comes down to luck.. How The Camp of the Saints should have ended. 10\/10.. Kids, don't forget:
  This is a GAME!
  Killing real people is not a game nor cool - not even as*holes!. This game rocks hard. Finishing the levels doesn't take long, but you can keep playing to beat your own times while climbing the leaderboard. It won't be long before you're surrounded by complete chaos with the infantry, bombers, trucks, boats, ships, airstrikes, artillery, and rockets. It doesn't slow down and I never had so much fun trying to keep up.
  
  I have one question for you and one question only: EXPLOSIONS?!. Only one guy with a turret can save western civilization (read this with Don LaFontaine's voice).. What a sick little game, got it for around 1,50\u20ac.
  I think the game "Hatred" is from the same DEV\/Publisher? that are not available in Germany and Australia

  Finally we can share with all of you news about our upcoming #RTS title. It's a crude and bloody story about dark ages when brotherhood and courage meant a lot.   Fixed issues with Czech (QWERTY) keyboard layouts. Several other layouts were also affected by this issue, which should now also properly work.
  
  To use these layouts however, you need to go into options and rebind the affected keys pressing your numerical keys. They will display what character there really is.. Update #6:

  Here are the winners:. Update #2:
  A bit bigger update than yesterday's. This time we've fixed a few things as well as added those you requested. Here we go:
  

  1. Timer is fixed (again) and now it properly displays hours instead of hundreds of minutes - easier to read
     
  2. Score above 100k will now properly fit into it's designed area
     
  3. AZERTY keyboards now also support full rebinding - which means that you can use the rebinding system to make 1,2,3,4,5 work without the need to switch to QWERTY layout
     
  4. Resetting the keybinds to their defaults now works properly
     
  5. The turret now rotates (Q/E) at a proper speed regardless of your framerate (previously it rotated slower on lower FPS making it harder)
     
  6. Cars no longer slow down with lower framerates - this issue made the game much easier for lower FPS scenarios
     
  7. Added Y-Axis invert and Mouse Sensitivity options in the Controls Menu
     
  8. Added Toggle Zoom option in the Gameplay Menu
     
  9. Added cyan crosshair color
     
  10. Leaderboards are now visible through steam
      
  11. Alt-Tabbing the game now properly enables the pause menu

  
  We're currently working on the mouse issues (moving outside of screen etc.) and hope to release patch with it tomorrow along with some more fixes. No promises though.
